As a new starter in the aesthetic industry and being completely blind to what was available out there and having a heavy degree of scepticism I was advised to speak to Frank at Nu U. I had worked for the NHS for over 30 years as a qualified nurse and had seen my fair share of expensive pieces of equipment that ended up sitting in a cupboard used once in a blue moon and only if someone knew how to use it. so, with this bearing in mind I needed someone who had both reassurance and knowledge of the lipo freeze field. Well Frank was the man, he gave me time to consider my options, and what was available on the market within my price range. He reassured me that this was not a fad or gimmick but legitimate with hard evidence to back up the science. Mostly he was not doing a hard sell, answered my questions and allowed my partner and to make our own decision that was for our business.

Frank and his daughter came up to Lancaster to deliver the machine and do a day of tutorials with all the information and learning books ready for our use. Since then Frank has been helpful with any phone enquiries to him about treatment plans, pricing, advertising and how to move forward with any other equipment we are thinking about.

I can't thank Frank enough for all his support and encouragement in those early days and there were times when he just rang at the right time and we were able deal with business concerns there and then.

Without hesitation, the Ice Lipo N4 is a fantastic machine we can now treat 4 different areas of the body in 40 minutes our previous machine would have taken 3 to 4 hours, and our clients love it.

After a particularly bad experience with another supplier of body sculpting equipment, we were forced to look elsewhere to get our machines replaced. The inferior quality of the machines we purchased from our first supplier were so bad, one of them actually overheated to such a degree, the outer plastic casing melted.
